Planning for College Visits: Information about scheduling information sessions, campus tours, and how to make the most of your college visit. This coffee chat is aimed specifically for parents of 11th graders. Facilitated by Director of College Counseling Amy Abrams and Assistant Director of College Counseling Becca Larson. 

> March 9: Wildwood Multicultural Symposium's Evening Program with Reverend Ed Bacon, Jr. (6:30 p.m., middle and upper campus library)
Come to an evening with Multicultural Symposium’s keynote speaker, Reverend Ed Bacon, Jr. The author, activist, and retired pastor will speak about equity and justice, race, and what we do as individuals and in community to serve the common good. > March 10: WISRD Event: Astronomy Club (7:30 p.m., middle and upper campus)
Wildwood Institute for STEM Research and Development (WISRD) hosts a lecture series presented by Santa Monica Amateur Astronomy Club. Join us on the 2nd Friday of every month. For speaker names and bios follow #WISRD.

> March 15: Middle and Upper School Book Group with Author Regina Pally on her book The Reflective Parent
Author, parenting expert, and founder of Center for Reflective Communities, Regina Pally, discusses her recently-released and approachable guide, The Reflective Parent: How to Do Less and Relate More with Your Kids. 

> March 15-19: The Sound of Music Spring Musical Performances
Featuring 67 middle and upper school actors, 3 Wildwood third graders, a 13 piece orchestra comprised of students, faculty, and administrators, plus a large stage crew, "The Sound of Music" is sure to delight your entire family! Reservations are required. Any questions should be addressed to the director, Stephanie Darby.

> March 16: Upper School Gallery Opening
This exhibition, titled PRETTYUGLY, will feature drawing, painting, photography, and sculpture by talented senior artists Ella E., Katiana D., Avery J., Jackie L., Julia L., and Selma S. For some students, this the culmination of their senior projects.

> March 20: Elementary School Grandparents and Special Friends Day

> March 20: Science Night
Visitors will learn about the dynamic Earth, identify minerals, explore genetics, witness gel electrophoresis, find out how reflection and refraction work, and be surprised, not shocked, by an LCR circuit! Observe vibrating harmonics, inspect cosmic ray detectors, investigate the polarization of light, peer into the world of a cloud chamber, and marvel at the varieties of scientific experience. 

> March 22: 8th Grade Into the Wild Celebration
Eighth graders will present their Into the Wild projects for family, friends, teachers, and fellow students. The Wildwood community will have a chance to see what these filmmakers, artists, writers, builders, entrepreneurs, cooks, scientists, and researchers have discovered.  

> March 23: International Community Involvement Trips to Belize, Guatemala, and Nepal Begin
