Sometimes education jargon can be confusing. WWPO's fall summit brought together administrators, teachers, and parents in conversation to discuss differentiated instruction and teachers in 3rd, 7th, and 12th grades shared specific examples from their classrooms.
> Nov. 2-3: Middle School Production of Twelfth Night, or What You Will
Twelfth Night, or What You Will is a comedy about a ship-wreck surviving, poetry-loving girl disguised as a boy, who finds herself at the center of a not-so-average love triangle.
> Nov. 6: WISRD Community Fall Lecture with Dave Doody of NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (6:30 p.m., middle and upper campus gathering space)

This local, day-long conference offers faculty, administrators, parents, and students the opportunity to come together to discuss issues surrounding diversity in independent schools. This year's theme is "There’s More to it Than Classes and Books: Creating Community, Building Empathy, and Maintaining Safety in the 21st Century Independent School."
