Wildwood School's nationally-recognized program follows a progressive approach, emphasizing project-based learning and a multi-disciplinary methodology that puts students at the center of their education. Teachers serve as coaches to guide students as they delve deeply into course material. Through projects, students develop the ability to collaborate, analyze, evaluate, and synthesize; skills that are crucial for success in college and in life.

Wildwood is committed to multiculturalism and seeks faculty who bring skills, qualities, and/or experiences that demonstrate an understanding of or an ability to support the ongoing process of multicultural education. Our faculty and staff are a lot like our students: passionate, curious, inquisitive, and just as committed to their own learning and growth as they are to the students. If this sounds like a good fit for you, we hope you'll consider a career at Wildwood.
