Working at Wildwood
For more than 50 years, Wildwood has been recognized for its innovative practices, progressive pedagogy, and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging programming. We welcome teachers and staff members who bring skills, qualities, and/or experiences that demonstrate an understanding of and ability to support our work surrounding multicultural education, global citizenship, and sustaining a diverse and inclusive school community.
Wildwood School's nationally recognized educational program follows a progressive approach, emphasizing project-based learning, multidisciplinary methodology, and narrative-based assessments that put students at the center of their education. Wildwood is also a founding member of the Mastery Transcript Consortium, which works with more than 400 other public and independent schools to improve the quality of information provided during the college admission process, highlighting mastery of both content and skills that prepare students for college, career, and life.
Our faculty and staff are a lot like our students: passionate, curious, inquisitive, and just as committed to their own learning and growth as they are to the students.
