Aidan S. '19 Documentary Short Named Winner at California National History Day
Junior Aidan S. won the California National History Day competition in the Senior Individual Documentary category and represented California and Wildwood at the National History Day Competition in Washington, D.C. this past June! The theme this year was "Taking a Stand." Aidan conceived, researched, wrote, and produced his documentary, We Shall Overcome: The Pete Seeger Story. Congratulations Aidan!


Will B. '18 Chosen as Junior Fellow at USC Keck School of Medicine Center for Applied Molecular Medicine
Wildwood Senior Will B. was one of six local high school students chosen to be a Junior Fellow at the USC Keck School of Medicine Center for Applied Molecular Medicine this past summer. Created specifically for exceptional rising high school seniors, the program is designed to “inspire students to join the fight against cancer and Illness.” Read about Will and the Fellowship here.


Sarah Shindler '17 and Family Honored by Teen Line
Congrats to recent graduate Sarah S. and her family for being selected to receive Teen Line's Family Advocacy Award at their Annual Food for Thought Luncheon this past spring. Sarah started her work at Teen Line through Wildwood's internship program and in two years has become their most successful teen fundraiser. Oliver Okun '13 Awarded Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship in Russia
Wildwood alum Oliver Okun '13 has been awarded a Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship in Russia! He just graduated from Oberlin College, and they reported about his wonderful accomplishment here.
