Multicultural Symposium 2024

With the theme of “Excellence in Equity,” this year’s middle and upper school Multicultural Symposium was a thrilling opportunity to delve into the richness of our diverse community and reflect on what it truly means to be a part of it.  After hearing a keynote interview between students and Corey Smyth, Founder and CEO of Blacksmith Holdings, students attended sessions hosted by a variety speakers who shared their expertise, personal stories, and passions. Sessions ranged from African drumming to restorative yoga, from podcasting as a way to transmit culture to a survey of local murals, from examining classic literature to the ethics of comedy.
