Volunteerism has a rich tradition at Wildwood and remains vital in fostering a strong sense of community.

Parents, grandparents, and alumni help in classrooms, work in the library, help raise funds for various programs, and participate on committees. Many also open their businesses to internship opportunities for our juniors and seniors.

The Wildwood Parent Organization, or WWPO, provides community building and support for the school. All Wildwood parents are automatically members of WWPO. The organization has volunteer opportunities for nearly every interest. Concerned about the environment? WWPO’s recycling committee works with the student Green Team to help promote stewardship of Mother Earth. Are you a chef or party planner? WWPO has plenty of hospitality opportunities. WWPO’s Angel Committee works with school administrators to support families in times of need, and the Parent Multicultural Collaborative facilitates events and discussions around topics related to diversity.
