SMS Terms and Conditions

1: SMS Consent Communication:
The information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. By opting into SMS Conversation messages with Wildwood School, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Wildwood School. This includes SMS messages for conversations (external), conversations (between employees). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See privacy policy at https://www.wildwood.org/privacy-statement. Message HELP for help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

2: Types of SMS Communications:
SMS Conversational messages regarding work-related questions may be initiated between Wildwood School employees by texting the employee's work phone number.

Prospective families may initiate SMS messages about questions they have regarding Wildwood School and the admission process by texting members of the Admission department at one of the phone numbers listed on the Meet the Admission Team page, available here: https://www.wildwood.org/wildwood-admission/meet-the-admission-team/meet-the-admission-team-with-texting-language. By texting Wildwood School, you are consenting to receive Conversational messages from Wildwood School. The Admission team will then reply with answers. Examples of topics may include: How do I sign up for a tour? When is the deadline to apply? I can't log into my Admission portal. 

Examples of Conversational messages may include: 

• "Hello, thank you for reaching out. We’re happy to answer any admission questions you may have. Reply STOP to opt-out."
• "Hello, thank you for reaching out. You can sign up for a tour by going to https://wildwood.myschoolapp.com. Reply STOP to opt-out."
• "The application deadline dates are available here: https://www.wildwood.org/wildwood-admission/applying-to-wildwood/elementary-school-admission-process. Reply STOP to opt-out."
• "We are happy to help you log into the Admission portal. When would it be a good time for someone from our admission team to give you a call? You can also give us a call at (310) 881-2413. Reply STOP to opt-out."
• "Here is the link to submit an inquiry form: https://www.wildwood.org/inquiry. Reply STOP to opt-out."

3: Message Frequency: 
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 2-5 SMS messages per week regarding your admission questions.

4: Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5: Opt-In Method:
