Summer Program

During Adventure Week campers explore fun destinations in Los Angeles. Whether it's tide pools, the Science Museum, or mini golf, campers get a taste of all sorts of fun!

Summer Program

In the Summer Theater Program, actors, singers, and set designers bring beloved stories to life for family and friends.

Summer Program

Campers enjoy the sunshine as they enjoy summer activities. Whether doing arts and crafts or playing sports, campers create fun memories and lasting friendships.

Summer Program

Adventure Week campers have also visited places like working farms, aquariums, and the beach. Every adventure shares a different aspect of the learning all around them.

Summer Program

The Wildwood elementary garden is in full bloom in spring and summer. Campers learn while they dig, investigate, and enjoy the sights and smells.

Summer Program

Each week ends with special activities to cool campers off. Water slides, kiddie pools, and water balloon fights start the weekend off right.

Summer Program 2026 Offerings

  • Wild Dayz: Wild Dayz is Wildwood’s full-day summer program for campers who love to learn and create through hands-on experiences. Each week blends opportunities in visual arts, technology and makerspace, Spanish language exploration, sports and movement, and specialty offerings such as machine learning and coding, sewing, and fashion design. No prior experience is needed—just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to try something new. Click here for detailed descriptions about the offerings!

    • Open To: Current kindergarten-11th grade (incoming 1st-12th grade) Wildwood students, friends and family, and the public.

  • Pea Pods Program: Welcome to Pea Pods—where our tiniest future Wolves begin their Wildwood adventure! This joyful, play-filled program offers a gentle, magical introduction to school life, helping incoming kindergarteners and new to Wildwood 1st grade students feel happy, confident, and at home before fall begins. Each week brings new discoveries, new friends, and—best of all—a splash-tastic Friday finale filled with water play and surprise activities! Join us for one week… or mix-and-match up to all four, depending on your family’s rhythm and summer plans. A playful start to a wonderful journey awaits! Click here for more details!

    • Open To: Incoming Wildwood kindergarteners and incoming new to Wildwood 1st grade students in 2026-2027 only. Pea Pods is a non-mandatory introductory program meant to create a feeling of comfort and familiarity within the Wildwood community prior to starting school in the fall.

  • Elementary School Summer Theater Program (Performance and Design Tracks): This beloved summer experience is filled with creativity, collaboration, growth, and fun and we're excited to announce that this year’s production is The Wizard of Oz (Youth Edition). Stress-free, age-appropriate auditions take place on the first day of camp, with roles announced the following day. When not rehearsing, campers rotate through Acting and Improv, arts and crafts, sports, and beloved Fun Fridays featuring waterslides and more! Design campers design and build sets, costumes, props, and graphics, run the technical elements of the performances, and serve as backstage crew, making this an inclusive, hands-on theater experience for every kind of creator. Click here for more details!

    • Open To: For current 1st through 4th grade (incoming 2nd-5th grade) Wildwood students.

  • Middle School Summer Theater Program (Performance and Design Tracks): This year’s production is Shrek Jr.! Campers will mount a full production while enjoying conservatory-style classes and hands-on technical theater training. Wildwood’s Middle School Summer Theater Program offers an exciting, immersive theater experience for students ready to dive deeper into the art form. While the camp day is centered around mounting a full production, campers also enjoy conservatory-style classes and hands-on technical theater training. Performance campers focus on acting, character work, and ensemble building, while Design campers develop skills in set construction, costumes, props, lighting, sound, and backstage crew work. This program is a dynamic, collaborative experience that challenges students, builds confidence, and celebrates every role in the storytelling process. Click here for more details!
