Summer Program

Adventure Week: Campers will arrive each day and immediately board a bus to whisk them off, safely, to a fun destination. Subject to availability and enrollment, some potential destinations include Knott's Berry Farm, the Newport Dunes Water Park, Underwood Family Farms, or Boomers! For current kindergarten through 5th grade (incoming 1st-6th grade) Wildwood students and friends/family. Wild Dayz Expert Edition: Join us for Wild Dayz Expert Edition! Campers can dive deeply into an already existing passion/interest or discover a new one! Campers will pick one class and become "experts" for the week. Each class is designed and led by an instructor who has expertise in their area. No prior experience is necessary. Only a desire to want to learn more with other future experts is needed! Classes will include painting, pottery, Minecraft, dance, STEM, and much more! Wildwood Summer Pea Pods Program: For Wildwood students entering kindergarten only.
The Pea Pods Program is a non-mandatory introductory program meant to create a feeling of comfort and familiarity within the Wildwood community prior to kindergarten enrollment in the fall. Every week culminates in an exciting afternoon of water play and special activities. Students may sign up for as little as one week, or as many as four, depending on interest and availability. Summer Theater Programs: Join us for one of three Summer Theater Programs! During both the Elementary and Middle School Summer Theater programs, campers will rehearse and perform a musical production! When students aren’t rehearsing, they will enjoy acting and improvisation classes, outdoor activities, arts and crafts, and Fun Fridays, as well as creating the sets, props, and costumes for the production. Our new Upper School Summer Theater Program will be an 8-day intensive that will culminate with a performance at a professional theater! Camp staff is composed of Wildwood faculty, theater professionals, Wildwood alumni, and current Wildwood juniors and seniors. Click here for details about each camp. 

Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Opportunities: Under the supervision of our experienced staff, each CIT assists with all camp activities and acts as a positive role model for younger campers. Check the website for more details and pre-camp training session dates. For current 8th and 9th grade (incoming 9th and 10th grade) Wildwood students. CIT positions are available for current 8th and 9th graders at the Elementary Summer Theater Program and for current 9th graders at the Middle School Summer Theater Program. Click here for details.
