Join us for an interactive night that brings Wildwood’s spirit to life, where academic excellence meets a warm, supportive community. Wander through our lively curriculum fair to connect with passionate teachers, uncover the depth of our programs, and see how learning thrives at Wildwood. Then, enjoy a special opportunity to explore our beautiful campus.

In January, all applicants for Kindergarten will take part in a required campus visit and observation day. Your child will step into our classrooms, meet new friends, and enjoy small-group activities with our caring and experienced early learning educators. There’s no preparation needed.

When: Saturday, Jan. 10 OR Saturday, Jan. 24 (SELECT ONE)

In January, all applicants for 1st Grade will take part in a required campus visit and observation day. Your child will step into our classrooms, meet new friends, and enjoy small-group activities with our caring and experienced early learning educators. There’s no preparation needed.

Who should attend: Children and parents/guardians applying to 1st Grade
Register: Registration opens in November through the Admission Portal

Applicants for grades 2–5 will spend part of a school day experiencing life at Wildwood. Students will have a chance to participate in lessons, collaborate with classmates, and meet our wonderful teachers. During the visit, students will  complete a grade-level assessment. There is no advance preparation required.

Step inside Wildwood’s middle and upper school to see student-centered learning in action. Tour classrooms, connect with faculty and students, and meet school leaders for an authentic look at academics, community and life in middle and upper school.

Applicants for 6th grade and their parents/guardians are invited to spend an afternoon experiencing our middle school program. Students will join engaging sessions led by Wildwood teachers, discover more about clubs, electives, and student life, and connect with current students. Parents/guardians will meet with the leadership team and learn more about the Wildwood experience and transition into middle school.

When: Monday, Feb. 2 (4:30-6:30 p.m.)

Applicants for Grades 7–11 will spend part of a school day as a Wildwood student, attending classes, joining discussions, and experiencing the creativity and collaboration that define our classrooms. Lunch with current students is provided. Drop-off and pick-up details provided upon registration.

What is it really like to be a Wildwood Wolf? Hear directly from middle and upper school students as they share what they enjoy most, what they’d change, and how they’ve grown through Wildwood’s programs. From arts to athletics, Institutes to Exhibitions.

When: Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2025 (7-8 p.m.) and Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2025 (7-8 p.m.)
Who should attend: Parents/guardians applying to K-11th Grade. Students applying to 6-11th Grade are invited to join.

Join current Wildwood parents/guardians of color, as well as parents/guardians of students who identify as a student of color, for an open, candid conversation. Hear why families chose Wildwood, what their experiences have been, and their advice for prospective families. This is a welcoming space to ask questions, connect, and gain authentic insight directly from those who know Wildwood best.

Who should attend: K-11th grade prospective parents/guardians who identify as BIPOC, are parents/guardians of a student who identifies as a student of color, or are interested in learning more about the BIPOC community and experience at Wildwood.

What is life like after Wildwood? Meet alumni from a range of fields and career paths to hear how their Wildwood experience prepared them for success beyond graduation.

When: Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2025 (7-8 p.m.)
Who should attend: Families exploring K-11th Grade for their child. Parents/guardians are encouraged to attend and students applying for 6th-11th Grade are warmly welcome to join the experience.

Prospective families are invited to an optional admission event highlighting Wildwood’s long-standing commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). Hear from our Director of Equity and Inclusion, faculty, and current students, and learn how our program fosters inclusive learning, meaningful community, critical thinking, and collaboration.

This event is open to all parents and guardians of applicants to grades K–11. Upper school applicants are also encouraged to attend and experience firsthand how Wildwood cultivates an environment where every student is seen, valued, and empowered.
