Once your submitted online inquiry is processed, you will receive login credentials by email for the Wildwood School Admission Portal. This will give you access to the application as well as the ability to register for tours and select events.

Use the Wildwood School Admission Portal to complete your application, register for events and tours, submit required forms, and track your application progress.

We invite you to learn more about Wildwood through a campus tour and other events. These opportunities offer a firsthand look at our academic program, community, and student experience. Registration is available through the Wildwood School Admission Portal.

Applications are due by Dec. 15, 2026 and must be submitted through the Wildwood School Admission Portal.

The application fee is $150 and is non-refundable. Fee waivers are available upon request; please contact the Admission Office for more information.

Application Tip: While the short-answer fields allow for longer responses, we encourage families to keep their answers concise (approximately 500 characters). We look forward to learning more about your child and family during the interview process.

After submitting your application, schedule your family interview. Interviews are conducted between September and February and provide an opportunity for us to get to know your family and learn more about your child's interests, experiences, and enthusiasm for learning.

What to Bring: As part of the interview, applicants are invited to bring an example of work that reflects an interest, passion, or area of curiosity. This may include artwork, writing, a science or coding project, a musical performance or composition, or another meaningful activity. Students are not expected to create something new, and the item will not be evaluated or graded; it simply serves as a conversation starter and helps us get to know each applicant.

Request transcripts and recommendations from your child's current school in early December. All required documents, recommendations, transcripts, and supplemental materials must be received by Jan. 8, 2027.

Option 1 (Preferred): Log in to the Wildwood School Admission Portal and request transcript and recommendation forms through your child's portal. Teachers and administrators may submit completed forms directly through the portal.

Option 2: Download the forms below and provide them to your child's current school. Completed forms and transcripts can be returned directly to Wildwood: wwadmission@wildwood.org.

Transcripts, Recommendations, and any other supplemental forms and files need to be submitted by Jan. 8, 2027.

Grades 9–12 Applicants: Students will have the opportunity to visit Wildwood and experience our community firsthand. These optional visits are designed to help prospective students and families learn more about life at Wildwood, connect with current students and faculty, and explore our program.

Standardized testing is required for all applicants. Families may submit ISEE scores (Wildwood code: 054122), SSAT scores (Wildwood code: 8207), state or district testing, or previous school testing such as the CAASPP, CTP5, or NWEA MAP.

Applicants who do not have recent testing (within the last 12 months) should contact the Admission Office to discuss testing options through Wildwood.

Admission decisions for all applicants will be posted in the Wildwood School Admission Portal at 5 p.m. PST on Friday, March 12, 2027. Families will have until 12 p.m. PST on Friday, March 19, 2027, to accept their offer of admission and submit their enrollment deposit and agreement.

You can begin exploring Wildwood at any time by visiting our website, following us on social media, and attending admission events. The application for the upcoming school year becomes available on Aug. 1, and we encourage families to begin the process early to take full advantage of opportunities to learn about our community.

This may include students applying through A Better Chance (ABC), Independent School Alliance (Alliance), Private School Axis (Axis), or Young Eisner Scholars (YES).

If you are applying through one of these community-based organizations and using a program-specific application, please complete the Admission Inquiry Form to create your Wildwood Admission Portal account. Once your account is activated, you can log in at any time to monitor your application status and track required admission materials.

The application deadline is Dec. 15 by 11:59 p.m., PST. This is the due date for the application itself. Supplemental materials are due Jan. 8.

Your application is considered complete once all of the following steps have been completed:

• Online application submitted
• Parent/guardian interview completed
• Student visit day completed
• All supplemental materials submitted (recommendations and transcripts, when applicable)

Our team will review and process all required materials and will contact you between late January and February if anything is missing. You may also log in to your Wildwood School Admission Portal at any time to track the status of your application and confirm that all required steps have been completed.

No, we do not track attendance at tours and events. While we love sharing our campus with prospective families, there are many opportunities to experience our school community throughout the admission season. We encourage you to get to know Wildwood in a way that works best for your family without feeling pressured to attend all events to show demonstrated interest.

Ninth grade is the primary entry point for upper school. We admit approximately 10-20 students to ninth grade. In grades 10 and 11, spaces become available through attrition. We encourage students and families to apply and connect with the admission office.

Siblings of current Wildwood students receive priority consideration in the admission process. While Wildwood is often a strong fit for siblings of current students, admission is not guaranteed, as all applicants are evaluated through a comprehensive review process.

Families applying for a sibling should begin by submitting an online inquiry form.

Please Note: Applicants who are siblings of current Wildwood students must adhere to an earlier application deadline of Oct. 5, 2026.

We love to see generations of Wildwood families in our applicant pool! Please note there is no separate process or preferential policy for legacy applicants. Children and family members of Wildwood graduates follow our standard application process and are considered as part of our larger applicant pool. That said, we ask that you please indicate your relationship with Wildwood on the application form, as it is helpful for us to know your connections to Wildwood as we get to know your family through the admission process.
